Community Empowerment Research has a database of over 1,500 survey questions on topics applicable to the spiritual growth of church members and their attitudes and expectations.

You pick the topics you want to assess.  We create the survey forms, process the data, and report the results to you.

Congregational surveys are priced at $3.00 per survey form (minimum of 50), plus $500. This includes customization of the survey questions for your needs and a customized written report with graphs and charts.  An in-person presentation may be added, for a small additional fee.  (Only available in New Mexico.)  Additionally, large churches may incur additional costs if they want a larger survey with separate reports for different departments (such as Youth or Men's Ministry).
